A valid workmanship claim means we come back, diagnose it, and put it right. No call-out fee, no labour charge, no argument.
The guarantee covers our workmanship. Manufacturer product faults are covered by the product’s own warranty (we’ll help you claim it), and it doesn’t extend to damage from misuse, storms, or changes made later by others. The full breakdown is in the FAQ below.
